Squash And Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing, seasoned
    1/2 stick butter, melted
    2 c. mashed cooked squash
    2 medium carrots, grated
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine bread crumbs with butter.
    Place 1/2 bread crumbs on bottom of a greased 9 x 9-inch dish.
    Mix all remaining ingredients and place over the layer of bread crumbs.
    Top with remaining 1/2 of bread crumbs.
    Cover and bake 35 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
