Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 3/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 c. butter or margarine
    2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Grease a cookie sheet.
    Stir together the flour, soda and cream of tartar.
    Beat the butter for 30 seconds.
    Add 2 cups sugar; beat until fluffy.
    Add eggs, milk and vanilla; beat well. Add dry ingredients to beaten mixture until well combined.
    Form dough balls of 1-inch size.
    Roll in a mixture of 3 tablespoons sugar and the cinnamon.
    Place balls 2 inches apart on cookie sheet; flatten slightly with the bottom of a drinking glass.
    Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for about 8 minutes, or until light golden.
    Makes about 66.
