1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. regular uncooked rice
2/3 c. milk
1 Tbsp. instant onion
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed tomato soup
3/4 c. water
Preparation

Combine. Pour soup over meatballs.
Cover tightly.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
