Chicken And Lemon - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 sprig rosemary or pinch of dry
1 minced garlic clove
pinch of dry sage
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
juice of 1 lemon
Preparation

In a skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.
Add garlic, rosemary and sage.
Cook until garlic is soft.
Remove rosemary sprig.
Add chicken.
Cook until brown on both sides.
Pour in lemon juice.
Lower heat, cover and simmer 20 minutes.
Spoon juices over chicken to serve.
Makes 2 servings.
