Lo-Fat Lo-Cal Veggie Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. jalapeno corn bread mix
    1 pkg. buttermilk cornbread mix
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. skim milk
    1/4 c. egg beaters
    1 can drained cut green beans
    1 can drained whole kernel corn
    1/2 c. shredded reduced fat cheddar
Preparation
    Mix ingredients in order.
    Spoon into well greased muffin tins.
    Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
    Serve immediately.
