Ingredients

1 beef brisket or flank steak, trimmed of all fat
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. barbecue spice
1/2 tsp. liquid charcoal
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Slice meat with the grain as thin as possible into strips. (Ask your butcher to do this for you, it's really hard to get really thin slices yourself.)
Put all ingredients into large bowl and let marinate overnight.
