Crusty Beef Cheese And Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1 large onion
    3 lb. ground beef
    6 1/4 oz. can meatless mushroom spaghetti sauce
    1 1/2 lb. fine noodles, cooked and drained
    1 1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Heat oil. Add onion and cook until golden. Add meat and cook until meat loses its color. Add spaghetti sauce; simmer. Arrange in a large casserole dish (4 1/2-quart) half of the noodles, half of the sauce, half of the cheese.
    Repeat layers. This can be prepared the night before. Cook for 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
