Raisin-Pecan Sandwich Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg yolks
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. chopped raisins
    bread
Preparation
    Cook egg yolks, lemon juice and sugar in top of double boiler until thick.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in mayonnaise, nuts and raisins.
    Spread on bread.
    Cut in 1/2 or 1/4 sandwiches.
