Orange-Coconut Bubble Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
1/3 c. flaked coconut
1/4 c. granulated sugar
3 Tbsp. grated orange peel
1/4 c. melted butter or margarine
Preparation

Cut dough into 16 equal pieces; shape each in a ball.
Place on floured surface.
Cover and let rest 10 minutes.
In shallow dish, mix coconut, sugar and orange peel.
Using two spoons, roll balls in melted butter, then in coconut mixture to coat all sides. Arrange loosely in two layers in a greased tube pan.
Cover; let rise in warm, draft-free place about 30 minutes or until double. Bake in center of preheated 375\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Invert immediately on rack.
Turn top side up.
