Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. milk
2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 unbaked pie shell

Preparation

Combine first 6 ingredients and beat at medium speed on electric mixer.
Mix until well blended.
Pour into pie shell and bake at 425\u00b0
for 35 minutes.
