Farmer'S Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
6 Tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. soda, added to 1 c. water
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. vegetable oil
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. instant coffee, diluted in 1 c. boiling water

Preparation

Mix the first 5 ingredients into a bowl.
Add the next 3 ingredients into the bowl.
Mix well.
Then add your cup of instant coffee.
Blend together.
Pour into a greased cake pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
