Lemon Meringue Pie - cooking recipe

1/4 c. cornstarch
3 Tbsp. flour
1 3/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. water
4 egg yolks, lightly beaten
1/2 c. fresh squeezed lemon juice
1 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

In medium saucepan, combine all dry ingredients, mixing well. Gradually add water, stirring until smooth over medium heat. Bring to a boil, stirring often.
Cook 1 minute, until transparent.
