Strufoli(Honey Clusters) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. honey
1 Tbsp. sugar

Preparation

Cook over low heat.
Add pieces of \"cookies\" stirring constantly until all pieces are coated.
Remove with slotted spoon and set in refrigerator to chill slightly.
Remove and shape into desired shape and sprinkle with multi-colored sprinkles.
