1 lb. (13 oz. can) pumpkin
5 eggs
1 can evaporated milk
1/3 c. milk
1 3/4 c. brown sugar, packed
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. cinnamon (scant)
1/4 tsp. ginger
Preparation

Combine pumpkin, eggs, milk, spices and sugar.
Beat until smooth.
Pour in two unbaked 9-inch pie crust plates.
Bake at 375\u00b0; check after 30 minutes.
