Stewed Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 qt. basket tomatoes
    4 green peppers
    1/2 clove garlic
    10 small boiling onions
    3 Tbsp. canning salt (no iodized)
    1 Tbsp. pepper
Preparation
    Put tomatoes into boiling water 1 minute.
    Remove tomatoes and peel off skin.
    Place tomatoes into kettle and mash.
