Southern Baked Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground sirloin
1/2 lb. bacon, cut in small pieces
1 c. onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. catsup
1 can kidney beans, drained
1 can butter beans, drained
1 tall can pork and beans
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Brown ground sirloin, bacon and onion together.
Drain off fat.
Add vinegar, white and brown sugar, dry mustard, catsup, kidney beans, butter beans, pork and beans and salt and pepper to taste. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
