Apple Fry Pies(Method: Skillet) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. pancake mix
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1 c. canned apple pie filling
    1/2 c. Bisquick
    1/4 c. shortening
    1 Tbsp. milk
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients; fold in shortening.
    Beat together the egg and milk; add to dry mixture.
    Stir until dough forms a ball. Divide into 6 portions; flatten each into a 5-inch circle.
    Spoon apple filling onto 1/2 of circle; fold dough covering apple.
    Seal edges with tines of fork.
    Fry on greased griddle about 4 minutes on each side, turning once.
