Snowball Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 pkg. plain gelatin
1 c. crushed pineapple
1 c. sugar
1 . pineapple juice
1 tsp. salt
juice of 1 lemon
1 large angel food cake
1 small pkg. coconut
2 (8 oz.) cartons Cool Whip

Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in 4 tablespoons ice water, then add 1 cup boiling water; let cool.
