Panocha - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. brown sugar
1 c. milk
2 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nut meats
Preparation

Put sugar and milk in heavy pan. Cook to soft ball stage, 238\u00b0.
Remove from heat and add butter and vanilla. Cool, without stirring, until lukewarm.
Beat until creamy. Stir in broken nuts and pour into buttered dish.
Pour before it turns white.
