Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can cream of chicken soup
1 soup can milk
1 c. instant rice (uncooked)
1 c. shredded cheese
1 c. cooked chopped chicken
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except cheese in a saucepan.
Bring to a boil for 1 minute.
Cover and remove from heat.
Fluff mixture after 10 minutes and let stand, covered, for 10 more minutes. Place half of mixture in greased casserole dish.
Top with cheese. Repeat layers and place in a 350\u00b0 oven until hot and bubbly.
