Nice 'N' Cheesy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bread, crusts removed and cubed
    1 1/2 c. cubed pasteurized process cheese spread
    1 1/2 c. cubed sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    6 eggs, well beaten
    1 pt. light cream
Preparation
    Grease a 2-quart casserole.
    Layer bread, 1/2 of the pasteurized process cheese spread, 1/2 of the Cheddar cheese, mushrooms and remainder of cheese.
    Melt butter.
    Add eggs and light cream.
    Pour over layered ingredients.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350\u00b0, uncovered, for 1 hour in a pan of water.
