Chocolate Scotcharoos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. white corn syrup
    1 c. peanut butter
    7 c. Rice Krispies cereal
    6 oz. milk or semi-sweet chocolate chips
    6 oz. butterscotch chips
Preparation
    Cook sugar and syrup in pan over moderate heat until mixture boils.
    Remove from heat and stir in 1 cup peanut butter.
    Mix in 7 cups Rice Krispies cereal and press into buttered cake pan and let harden.
    In double boiler, melt over hot water chocolate chips and butterscotch chips until melted.
    Spread over top of mixture.
