Pumpkin Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. mashed pumpkin
5 Tbsp. self-rising flour
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Combine pumpkin and flour.
Mix well until smooth.
Add all remaining ingredients and mix well.
Pour into baking dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until firm.
