Autumn Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. diced potatoes
    1 c. diced carrots
    1 c. diced celery
    4 c. water
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet
    1 bay leaf
    1/8 tsp. basil
    6 chopped tomatoes
Preparation
    Brown beef and drain.
    Add onion and cook until done (about 5 minutes).
    Add all other ingredients except tomatoes.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat, cover and simmer 20 minutes.
    Add tomatoes; simmer another 10 minutes.
    Makes 6 servings.
