Layered Cheese Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese (room temperature)
    8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese (room temperature)
    4 1/2 oz. chopped black olives
    4 oz. diced green chiles
    2 oz. diced pimento
Preparation
    Roll Velveeta cheese between two pieces of waxed paper with rolling pin until smooth and shaped to fit serving dish (should be about 1/4 inch thick).
    Remove top layer of wax paper.
    Spread cream cheese evenly on Velveeta.
    Spread other ingredients in the order given.
    Using wax paper to guide you, fold 1/3 of cheese over and then 1/3 from other side over the top of that.
