Beet Jelly - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. hot beet juice
1 box Sure-Jell
1 box raspberry jello
4 c. sugar
Preparation

Stir together juice,
Sure-Jell
and jello.
Bring to a boiling point and add sugar.
Boil good for 1 minute.
Pour in jars and seal.
(Prick beets with fork to let juice out.)
