Stewed Greens And Ham Hocks(Makes 4 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large smoked ham hock
    3 bunches turnip greens
    3 bunches mustard greens
    4 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    pinch of red pepper
Preparation
    Wash greens thoroughly.
    Pick over and chop coarsely.
    Set ham hock to boil in water enough to cover.
    When water boils, add greens and seasoning.
    Reduce heat to a high simmer and cook 2 to 3 hours, adding water if needed.
    Serve with cornbread.
