Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage, bacon or ham, brown and drain
    1 c. sharp cheese, shredded
    2 c. milk
    6 eggs
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    2 slices cubed white bread
    1 can sliced mushrooms (optional)
Preparation
    Layer bread, meat and cheese; beat remaining ingredients and pour over top (it is better if refrigerated overnight before baking).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes in greased 9 x 13 1/2 x 2-inch baking dish.
