Apple Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. diced apples
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg, well beaten
    1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. nuts
Preparation
    Mix together apples and sugar, then add egg.
    Sift together dry ingredients; add to apple mixture and mix well.
    Stir in vanilla and nuts.
    Pour into ungreased 8 x 8-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
