My Favorite Sour Cream Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. butter
3 c. sugar
6 large eggs
1 c. sour cream (Breakstone)
3 c. plain flour (Swans Down), sifted
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 Tbsp. vanilla flavor
1 Tbsp. lemon extract
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar thoroughly.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each.
Add sour cream; fold in flour that has been mixed with soda.
Add flavor.
Bake in tube pan, greased and lined with wax paper.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until done.
