Chicken And Rice Dinner(Crock-Pot) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. rice
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 chicken, skinned and cut up
    1/2 c. melted margarine
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine rice, soups and water in bowl; mix well.
    Spoon into crock-pot.
    Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper.
    Dip chicken in margarine.
    Arrange over rice mixture.
    Drizzle with remaining margarine.
    Cook on low for 9 hours or longer.
    Serves 5 or 6.
