Chicken Teriyaki - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 whole chicken breasts, split
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. dry sherry
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. ginger
Preparation
    Arrange chicken, skin up, in a shallow dish.
    Combine soy sauce, sherry, sugar, garlic and ginger.
    Pour over chicken. Marinate 2 hours, turning once.
    Preheat broiler.
    Spray rack with oil.
    Broil 5 to 6 inches from heat, turning once and basting, about 10 minutes.
