Chicken A La King - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 green pepper, diced
    1 c. sliced mushrooms, drained
    1/4 c. oil
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. chicken broth
    1/2 c. milk
    2 c. cooked chicken or turkey, diced
    1 pimento, chopped
    1 c. garden peas
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Saute green pepper in 2 tablespoons oil in skillet; remove pepper.
    Add remaining oil.
    Stir in flour.
    Add chicken broth and cook 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Add milk, green pepper, mushrooms, chicken and peas.
    Cook just long enough to heat thoroughly.
