Tuna Swirls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. salad oil
    1/2 c. milk
    7 oz. drained tuna or ham, chicken or salmon
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Mix oil and 1/2 cup milk together.
    Add to dry ingredients. Stir with fork until it cleans sides of bowl.
    Roll between sheets of wax paper into an oblong shape, 1/4-inch thick.
    Mix tuna, mayonnaise, celery, onion and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
    Spread filling over dough.
    Roll up beginning with wide side.
    Seal by pinching edges.
    Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 450\u00b0.
    Serve with a cheese sauce.
