Grape Macaroon Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. grape jello
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. boiling water
    1 c. cold water
    1 c. Cool Whip
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    6 large macaroons, crumbled
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Dissolve jello, sugar and salt in boiling water.
    Chill until thickened.\tBlend in remaining ingredients.
    Chill until firm.
