Oatmeal Apple Crunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. oatmeal
1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. melted butter
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 c. brown sugar
2 1/2 c. apples or peaches or plums
2/3 tsp. cinnamon, plus a little sugar
Preparation
-
Mix first 5 ingredients together in a 9-inch greased and floured pan.
Put half on bottom; press.
Put rest of oatmeal mix on top of fruit and pat down.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
