Brunch Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. plain croutons
    4 oz. (1 c.) shredded Cheddar cheese
    4 slightly beaten eggs
    2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. mustard
    1/8 tsp. onion powder
    dash of pepper
    4 slices bacon
Preparation
    In greased 10 x
    6
    x
    3/4-inch
    baking
    dish,
    combine croutons and cheese and
    place
    in
    dish.
    Combine eggs, milk, salt, mustard, onion powder and pepper.
    Mix until blended and pour over crouton mixture.
    Cook
    bacon until crisp and sprinkle over top.
    Bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 55 or 60 minutes or until eggs are set.
    Serves 6.
