Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 1/4 c. flour
1 3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil (Crisco or Wesson)
2 eggs
6 Tbsp. buttermilk
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
3 1/2 c. diced apples (Golden Delicious)
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt

Preparation

Mix all together and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
