Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. thinly sliced round steak
    1 medium onion, sliced
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    dash of pepper
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can mushroom soup
    1/2 c. sour cream
    hot buttered noodles
Preparation
    Cut steak into thin strips. In skillet, brown meat and onion in butter. Sprinkle with salt, paprika and pepper. Add mushroom soup. Cover. Cook over low heat about 1 hour or until meat is tender. Stir now and then. Blend in sour cream just before serving. Serve over noodles. Makes 4 servings.
