Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. nuts
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. grated raw zucchini, press dry between paper towels
Preparation
    Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy. Add oil and beat until well blended.
    In a separate bowl, sift flour and cinnamon.
    Add dry ingredients to egg mixture. Beat for 2 minutes.
    Stir in pineapple, zucchini, nuts and vanilla.
    Mix well and bake in tube pan at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour. Cool 30 minutes.
