Pasta Suzanne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 (6 oz.) boneless chicken breasts
1 green bell pepper, sliced in strips
1 red bell pepper, sliced in strips
1 large onion, sliced and separated into rings
1 Tbsp. oil
1 Tbsp. butter
1 c. cream
1 c. half and half
2/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. parsley
24 oz. cooked fettucine or broad egg noodles
Preparation

Saute chicken, bell peppers and onion in oil and butter.
Add cream, half and half, parsley and cheese and reduce heat.
Toss with cooked fettucine.
Garnish with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
Serves 4.
