Greens - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 or more lb. collards, kale, turnip greens
1 lb. smoked ham hocks, smoked turkey or any smoked meat
2 chicken bouillon cubes
pinch of sugar
Preparation
-
Wash and remove stems from greens.
Wash again to remove any grit.
(If large collards, cut into small pieces.)
