Meringue Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. crushed Ritz crackers
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. chopped nuts
    3 egg whites
    1 c. sugar
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until they peak.
    Gradually add sugar and beat until stiff.
    Fold into mixture of Ritz crackers, baking powder and nuts.
    Pour into pie pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes. This is good served with Cool Whip alone; but I like to drain a can of fruit cocktail and put on top and then add Cool Whip.
