Sour Cream Raisin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. raisins
    4 level Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    pinch of salt
    12 oz. sour cream
Preparation
    Boil raisins for 5 minutes in water just covering raisins. Beat together cornstarch, sugar, eggs and salt.
    Add to boiling raisins and cook until clear; about 5 minutes.
    Add sour cream and cook 2 more minutes.
    Let cool.
    Make 2 pie crusts.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 about 50 minutes.
    Let cool.
