Hash Browns And Sausage Brunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash browns
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1 c. sour cream
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. sausage links
Preparation
    Prepare hash browns according to package; stir in onion and parsley.
    Place in a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Melt butter in a saucepan; stir in flour, milk, salt and pepper until it thickens.
    Remove from heat.
    Blend in sour cream.
    Pour over potatoes and lift with fork.
    Lay sausages on top and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    May be made the night before.
    Serves 8 to 10.
