Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    8 eggs, beaten slightly
    3 c. milk
    1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    3 slices white bread, cut into 1/4-inch cubes
Preparation
    Brown sausage; drain.
    Mix eggs, milk, salt and mustard.
    Stir in the bread, sausage and cheese.
    Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour or until golden brown and firm. Makes 10 to 12 servings.
    May also add onions, green pepper and ham, if desired.
