Chicken Italian - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1 egg, beaten
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (8 oz.) can Italian bread crumbs
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 jar spaghetti sauce
    8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Mix egg, pepper and salt together.
    Dip chicken into mixture. Roll in bread crumbs.
    Brown in large skillet in 1/2 cup vegetable oil.
    Remove chicken; drain on paper towel.
    Place chicken in baking dish sprayed with Pam.
    Pour spaghetti sauce over chicken. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Uncover and top with the Mozzarella cheese.
    Bake for 10 minutes until cheese melts.
