Chicken And Wild Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. wild rice mix
    1 can fried onion rings or almonds
    1/2 stick margarine
    1/2 c. flour
    1 large can evaporated milk
    1 large can chicken broth
    1 whole chicken or 2 cans
    1 jar pimento (can be omitted)
    1/2 c. chopped green peppers
    1 jar mushrooms, sliced
Preparation
    Mix rice according to directions.
    Melt butter in frying pan, then stir in flour.
    Add milk and stir on medium heat until well blended.
    Add remaining ingredients, then mix well with the rice. Pour in greased dish.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Add French fried onions or sliced almonds on top and bake 15 minutes.
