Ingredients

1 c. uncooked rice
2 qt. milk
6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
6 eggs
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Place rice, milk and butter or margarine in a saucepan and cook on medium heat until steaming.
Turn to low and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring frequently.
Beat eggs; add sugar and vanilla. Pour boiling rice mixture gradually into egg mixture and stir. Pour into buttered casserole and bake for 45 minutes at 325\u00b0. After 15 minutes, stir and sprinkle with cinnamon.
