Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. vinegar with 1/2 c. water
Preparation

Bring to boil.
Stir while cooking.
Add cubed beets which have already been cooked.
Allow to sit in warm place on stove for 1/2 hour.
Then add 2 tablespoons butter before serving.
